The following table is a brief guideline for pricing Vtuber rigs.
Please take note that it is only a guideline, and the final price will be affected by requirements and complexity of work required to create your envisioned motions.
Be prepared to share a overall image of your model intended for rigging, and subsequent questions regarding requested motions and related pieces. A single lower quality png will suffice for this step.

About Experimental Motions

These are motions that I have not yet attempted.
There is no garuntee that I will be able to finish this motion, and the cost of these motions will be fully refunded if the motion can not be completed to an acceptable level.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to all terms of service related to your ordered service.

General

I, as the commisioner, hold the right to refuse work of any kind that I find to be against my moral code. This moral code is generally very broad, so if you, the client are unsure, please discuss with me.
The client holds the right to request progress updates at any time
Revisions may be requested at any time prior to final payment and handover

Payment

Total cost, final product file type, and time of payment/s will be discussed before work begins
The agreed upon amount will be in USD only
Payments are to be made through Paypal, an invoice will be sent at agreed upon points of progress

Process

Artwork

Please prepare a full description and any references for the art piece you are requesting
Total cost, final product file type, and time of payment/s will be discussed before work begins
Only the requested file type will be sent after final payment

Live2D Art

Please prepare a full description and any references for the art piece you are requesting
Be prepared to explain the planned motion in order to create a motion plan
If you plan to work with a different Live2D animator, you will be provided a .psd file as the final product after the final payment

Live2D Rig

If you are providing the required .psd file for the rig, you as the client hold the responsibility to ensure that it is ready for all requested motion.
If a requested motion using the provided pieces are found to either result in a poor result, or be impossible to achieve, I will notify you of these issues.
You, as the client, may at any time return to your artist to revise the model art. Be aware that if no time frame is given, you may be moved to the back of the queue during this time.
Only the requested runtime files will be sent after the final payment unless specified otherwise
Revisions for Live2D rigs that only adjust existing motions that were requested as part of the commission may be requested indefinetly after completion

Refund Policy

If the commission is canceled before work has begun by either party, the client will receive a full refund
If you, the client requests a cancellation of the commission after work has begun, I as the commissioner, hold the right to determine the amount to be refunded on a case by case basis.
If I, the commissioner, am unable to complete the work, a full refund will be given.

I, as the commissioner, holds ownership of the completed product
If you intend to use my work for commercial purposes, please discuss for commercial rights prior to the beginning of work. Commercial purposes covers reselling in any form, such as use in merchandise.
I hold all rights to publicly display the work during the process of completion and after, via social media, livestreams, and websites
